As these are off-plan properties, there are several customisation options available to create the combination of materials that best suits the taste of each owner. There are 4 options of large format Porcelanosa floor and wall tiles.
Regarding the kitchens, there are 2 colours available: Blanco Nubol or Etimoe Land (Oak) to combine with the 100% white worktop in Krion K-Live Eco-Active, a solid material that is antibacterial, easy to clean and also purifies the air. All materials, flooring, tiling, taps, sanitary ware and kitchens are from Porcelanosa.Along with these customisation options, there are also upgrade packs and extras, such as a living room wall covered with Airslate or an X-Tone porcelain kitchen worktop. Finally, there is the possibility to visit any Porcelanosa shop and select any material from their catalogues and pay the difference in shop, when the home is delivered you will have all the selected materials installed.
